Our Hasami ware pen rests are inspired by the natural form of droplets. Four distinctive colors have been specially selected from a wide variety of glazes. The soft contours gently guide and hold your pen in place.

Four colors were chosen to celebrate the unique richness of Hasami porcelain and glaze. Iron is sprayed over the glaze to create a surface pattern. The process is carried out by hand, and every piece is unique.

Yuteki means "oil drop" in Japanese, and this glaze finish got its name from the speckled appearance that resembles oil splatters.
