AKAI CERAMIC STUDIO is a small, family-owned studio in Toronto Canada, operated by Yusuke Akai, and his wife, Naomi. They have been creating ceramics in their studio since 2012. Yusuke Akai crafted his first tea cup in Japan at just 13 years old. Fascinated by what he managed to create, he constantly worked on refining his art. Today, along with his architect wife and muse, he focuses on making minimalist, inspired pieces for a beautiful and functional home.
