Porcelain clay and glazes, transformed by heat. The organic process results in pieces with unique imperfections from time to time. This Hasami pen rests in Karayaki have uneven coloring and visible marks or black spots. All of the Hasami Pen Rest are carefully handcrafted. 

Karayaki is the natural, white color of porcelain clay without any glaze finish. It has a silky and colorless texture that will match any pen perfectly.
